The petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2018 in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 197 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 370(A), 372 and 373 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3,4,5 and 6 of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner was living along with one Shubham Kumar in the flat of one Malti Kumari and it was only on account of dispute with regard to payment of rent, the present petitioner has been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that no case, as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51234 of 2018 (2) dt.29-08-2018 stated in the first information report, is at all made out against the petitioner and she has been languishing in jail. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 197 of 2018.
