At the outset, counsel for the respondents has raised an objection that the petitioner has not availed the remedy under sub-section (6) of Section 20 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948. A query being put to counsel for the petitioner whether he is ready to avail the remedy, now he is agreeable.
