2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner committed theft of truck of the informant and sold it after changing its colour and structure.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner is merely a motor mechanic and owner of RK Garage. Petitioner's name has come in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 15.2.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Nemdarganj Police Station Case No. 08/2024.
