JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the state. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 24.10.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43475 of 2012 for extending the period of surrender.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 351 C of 2011 filed with accusation under sections 498A,341,323 and 504 IPC with certain conditions.

This court is not inclined to modify the order after about one and half years.

However, let the learned court below consider the prayer of the petitioner for regular bail in case he surrenders within six weeks from today and consider to allow the privilege of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19200 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 provisional bail provided he complies the conditions which are stipulated in the anticipatory bail order passed by this court. The modification application stands disposed of accordingly.
