16 litres of countrymade wine have been recovered from kiosk for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 06.04.2016. Furthermore, from Para-3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Pankaj Kumar @ Pankaj Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P. S. Case no.158 of 2016.
