Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A),341,323,504,312/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
This is a case under Section 498(A) I.P.C. Petitioner is father-in-law of the victim.
There is general and omnibus nature of allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same including physical assault causing miscarriage. The date of occurrence is not mentioned in the FIR. The diagnostic report is dated 08.05.2018 wherein the Doctor found a single dead intra uterine foetus. FIR was lodged on 30.05.2019. Petitioner is aged

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Magadh Medical Police Station Case No.113 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
