Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bahera PS case no. 533 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Benipur, Darbhanga, within a period of four weeks from today and avail the privilege of regular bail, nonetheless, seeks a direction upon the learned trial court to consider and dispose off the regular bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54019 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 petition, to be filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, on the very same day. It is directed accordingly. 4.
