The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including petitioners armed with weapons intruded the house of informant, abused and assaulted him. It is further alleged that they also snatched gold chain from the neck of daughter of informant and also caused injury to her. It is submitted that both parties are next door

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52026 of 2022(2) dt.19-12-2022 2/2 neighbor. Due to land dispute between the parties an altercation took place. Injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature. Allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak (Pawapuri) P.S.
