ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 23-04-2025 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance before the concerned authority, i.e, Respondent No. 4, Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Motihari by way of representation, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 4 to consider the representation made by the petitioner. That in case the contention made by the petitioner is found to be true, the authority shall take necessary steps for correction of the Epos machine. In case the authority finds that the entries in the Epos machine are wrong they shall rectify the same and resume the supply to the petitioner. In case the authority come to the conclusion that the entries in the Epos

The authority shall duly take into consideration the report from the SFC Godown before passing the order. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

2. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
