1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the opposite parties.
2. The present contempt application has been filed for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order dated 25.04.2023 in CWJC No. 1020 of 2023 whereby the District Magistrate, Patna, was directed to conclude the inquiry as directed by the Inspector General, Prohibition Excise and Registration, Government of Bihar within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
3. It is submitted that since the inquiry was not concluded within the time frame as recorded in the order dated 25.04.2023 in CWJC No. 1020 of 2023, as such, the contempt application was filed.
4. Today, a show cause has been filed on behalf of the O.P. No. 8, Collector, Patna, wherein, it has been recorded that the inquiry has been concluded with appropriate direction.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned State counsel, the order dated 25.04.2023 in CWJC No. 1020 of 2023 has been complied.
6. The Court is not persuaded to proceed with the contempt application.
7. Accordingly, the present contempt application stands dismissed.
