====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel Mr. (Dr.) Kislay appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he has got now the certified copy of the judgment and decree and as soon as the first appeal is restored, he will file the same. He further submitted that earlier the certified copy of the same could not be filed because it was misplaced and subsequently the appellantspetitioners applied for another certified copy of the judgment and decree but during that period the appeal had already been dismissed.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the statements made in the M.J.C. application, this M.J.C. application is allowed and First Appeal No.31 of 2010 is restored to its original file.

Patna High Court MJC No.137 of 2015 (10) dt.22-04-2015 The petitioners shall file the certified copy of the judgment and decree within one week from today in the first appeal.
