The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that despite his having worked on daily wages, his name has not been included in the panel which has been prepared for consideration of appointment on regular basis. Several representations preferred by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari have gone unheeded. The only request of the petitioner for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16698 of 2019 dt.28-08-2019 2/2 present is to direct the concerned respondent/District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari to dispose of his representation by a reasoned order.

3. For the convenience of the parties, this Court directs that in case the petitioner makes a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari (respondent no. 4) within a period of two weeks, charting out his grievances in detail, the same shall be disposed of by him in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

4. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
