It happens to be a case of dowry death. Status of the petitioner has been disclosed under para-7 of the bail petition to be maternal grand father of the husband of the deceased. From the written report, it is apparent that at the fag end there happens to be discloser which gives colour of an addition as it happens to be away from the flow, the written report happens to be, whereunder it has been disclosed that wife of Chandar Yadav also used to assault who happens to be aunt of husband of deceased, name not known and in likewise manner, it has also been incorporated that Nana also used to abuse as well as assault.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Bhupendra Yadav is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53299 of 2018 (2) dt.10-09-2018 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Sour Bazar PS Case No. 250/2018.
