The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 551 of 2025 instituted for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The prosecution story is that the petitioner, along with other co-accused, assaulted the informant and his family members with lathis and an iron rod over a dispute, causing injuries to three persons. It is further alleged that one co-accused robbed Rs. 5,000/- from the informant while another threatened the victims with a country-made pistol before all the accused

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2026. Petitioner bears one criminal antecedent, as per disclosure made in paragraph No. 3 of the bail application.

It has been further submitted by the petitioner's counsel that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. From perusal of the FIR, it would transpire that petitioner allegedly assaulted the father of the informant, due to which he sustained injury. It is submission of the petitioner's counsel that injury is found to be grievous in nature. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. 6.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner. 7.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody of the petitioner and charge sheet being submitted, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court
