Petitioner is accused in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 152 of 2004 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2018, having no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
