The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 295 of 2021 dated 28.10.2021 instituted for the offence under Sections 307 and 393 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR is against unknown. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confession of one Mantosh @ Bengwa, who has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39866 of 2022. Apart from the confession of aforenoted Mantosh, there is no other material in the investigation papers to connect the

The petitioner is in custody since 16.02.2022. Though he has been made accused in several cases, reference of which has been given in paragraph - 3 of the bail petition, but in all such cases the petitioner is on bail.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Madhepuara in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 295 of 2021.
