Supplementary counter-affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 7 i.e. the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna be kept on record.
Learned counsel for the State submits that as per the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6680 of 2015 dt.22-10-2016 instruction the necessary documents have already been sent to the Office of the Accountant General by Memo No. 1051 dated 7th October, 2016.
Accordingly, I dispose of this writ application with a direction to the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna to issue necessary authority slip in accordance with law, if such document has already been received by him within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order so that necessary payment should be made to the petitioner. In case, he has not received the necessary documents as stated by learned counsel for the State then he would be required to file an affidavit so that this case can be revived. It is made clear that after issuance of authority slip no further delay in payment should be made by the State authorities including the concerned Treasury Officer and such payment should be made further within a period of three weeks after issuance of the authority slip.
