JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 14-08-2019 The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the concerned respondents, especially the District Magistrate, Jehanabad for grant of benefit of 1st A.C.P. to him with effect from 30.11.2006 and the 2nd A.C.P. from 01.01.2016.
2. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite the entitlement of the petitioner for being paid such financial benefits, he has not been paid the
Patna High Court CWJC No.15883 of 2019 dt.14-08-2019 2/2 same without any reason and he is to superannuate by October, 2019.
3. Earlier representations of the petitioner before the concerned authorities including the District Magistrate, Jehanabad has yielded no result.
4. Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Jehanabad within a period of two weeks from today, who, on receipt of the same, after verifying the facts and ascertaining the entitlement of the petitioner, shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of four weeks thereafter.
5. If the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary sequel order shall also be passed by the concerned respondent within the aforesaid period.
6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
