The petitioner seeks bail in Mairwa P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 36 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from Bolero vehicle. The petitioner along with other co-accused was sitting in the aforesaid vehicle. They were arrested by police. Petitioner is in custody since 6.5.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50186 of 2019(2) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-2nd - cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan, in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 113 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
