The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47A of the Excise Act.
It is alleged that 24 liter country made liquor and 13.260 liters foreign liquor have been recovered from the shop of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no concern with the alleged place where seizure has been made.
The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19657 of 2015 (2) dt.29-04-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with G.O. Case No.207 of 2011, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
