2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner informs that several representations have been filed by the petitioner but no action has been taken by the Vice Chancellor of the Lalit Narayan Mithila University till date.

3. Considering the above information, the inaction on

Patna High Court CWJC No.12761 of 2025(2) dt.07-08-2025 2/2 the part of the Vice Chancellor calls for interference of this Court. This Court directs the Vice Chancellor and the Registrar of the University to forthwith consider the claim of the petitioner and make payment of the admitted amount, to which he is entitled for, well within a period of one week.

4. In case of failure on the part of the Vice Chancellor and the Registrar of the University, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate action against the two officials of the University.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
