2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 265 of 2023, lodged under Section 392 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, some unknown criminals looted cash of Rs. 1,11,220/- and other articles from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come in this case on self-inculpatory statement of co-accused. He submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2024 having been accused in 18 more cases of similar and serious nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53936 of 2024(2) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 for bail and has submitted that sufficient material has come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime.

6. Considering the allegation and antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and, therefore, the present bail application is hereby rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) sadique/- U T
