The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nawada Muffasil P.S. Case No.184 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62457 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 Code.
Petitioners are junior members of the family of the deceased and there is no direct involvement of the petitioners in commission of the crime.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Muffasil P.S. Case No.184 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
