JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 11.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc No. 24585 of 2021 to the extent of extension of period of surrender. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 11.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc No. 24585 of 2021, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, but the petitioner could not surrender within time for the reasons stated in paragraph-3 of the present petition.

In view of aforesaid fact, this modification petition is allowed and further six weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below.
