2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 356 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the informant along with his uncle was going to his house Sonbharwa from Ara Railway Station and in the way near Regal Hotel, three unknown miscreants snatched his mobile.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He has also submitted that the FIR itself

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60670 of 2024(2) dt.02-09-2024 2/2 shows that just after the occurrence, petitioner no. 1 was arrested by the police but nothing was recovered from his possession. So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, he was neither arrested at the spot nor anything was recovered from his possession. The petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are under custody since 07.04.2024 and 09.04.2024 respectively.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 227 of 2024 with condition that the petitioners shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
