Learned counsel submits that the case of similarly circumstanced other teachers are pending before the departmental authority. He further submits that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the departmental authority for redressal of her grievance. In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the departmental authority for redressal of her grievance.
The Court hopes and trusts that the respondent authority will take decision expeditiously considering the fact that large number of teachers' claim are pending consideration.
