JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2 pieces of armature of fan and 10-12 pieces of Railway Pendale clips are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 25.06.2016.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case by the informant and, as a matter of fact, nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession and, moreover, investigation against the petitioner has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38789 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with R.P.S Case no. 03 of 2016 arising out of R.P.F Post Kahalgaon Case No. 01 of 2016.
