2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 215/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. This is a case of misuse of bail.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 06.05.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge if charge has not been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1st, Motihari/ concerned court in connection with Govindganj P.S. Case No. 215/2015.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Govindganj police station on 1st Sunday and 3rd Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
