Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of co- accused Kalyan Sah @ Jagdish Sah who was caught with looted vehicle. The aforesaid co- accused Kalyan Sah @ Jagdish Sah has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.
