Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of State submit that petitioner has a forum available i.e. State Appellate Authority.

Considering the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19442 of 2014(2) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 petitioner submit that he may be granted liberty to approach the State Appellate Authority.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the State Appellate Authority. In case an appeal is filed by the petitioner along with a copy of this order within a period of one month from today, the appellate authority will condone the delay and disposed of the appeal on its own merit, considering the fact that for the last four years, the present writ petition was pending against the decision of the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority.
