JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 The writ application seeks a direction upon the respondents particularly the Municipal Commissioner (respondent no.2) for disposal of the Vigilance case lodged by the writ petitioner against the respondent.
Mr. Alam has enumerated the background of the case in order to submit that the Vigilance case is a mala fide step taken by the respondent. He, however, informs that the petitioner has already appeared in the Vigilance case no. 91(B)/2012 and show cause has been filed.
In my view, the writ application merits to be
