We have perused the order dated 28.09.2016 passed in Civil Review No.51 of 2015 by the learned single Judge. The narration of facts as taken note of by the learned single Judge in

Patna High Court LPA No.1125 of 2017(3) dt.18-06-2018 2/2 the second paragraph of the said order indicates the factual position as to why the review was not entertainable or a revisit was required.

There is no error apparent in the order passed by the learned single Judge which requires rectification in appeal. Appeal is dismissed.
