JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner came in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused and it is alleged that photocopy of Pan Card of the informant and one old Lungi were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of several cases and Photostat copy of Pan Card of the informant is said to have been recovered but the informant has nowhere claimed that Photostat of his Pan Card was looted rather he stated that his original Pan Card was looted by the culprits.

No.34325 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 2/2 Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Shri Ashok Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura.
