Grievance of the petitioner is against HDFC Life. It would not fall under definition of Article 12 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, the present petition is not maintainable under Article 226 of the Constitution of India as the present petition stands dismissed as not maintainable reserving liberty to the petitioner to invoke appropriate remedy.
