The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A/109/120B/376 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the minor daughter of the informant went traceless on 01.11.2014, subsequently, the informant came to know that her daughter was taken by this petitioner and coaccused Neelmani on a motorcycle. Subsequent to recovery, the daughter of the informant suggested that this petitioner established forceful physical relationship.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the medical examination the victim was found aged between

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No.28 of 2015 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
