JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-05-2019 The prayer of the petitioners in the present writ petition is to consider the case of the petitioners for grant of 3rd A.C.P. i.e. M.A.C.P. w.e.f. 1.1.2009, since the petitioners have already completed 30 years of service. It is further prayed that the petitioners be granted the benefit of 3rd A.C.P. w.e.f. 1.1.2009.

Considering the nature of reliefs prayed for in the present writ petition, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioners may approach the respondent no.6 for appropriate
