The sole petitioner , who is in custody since 04.04.2018 in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 130 of 2018 , registered for the offence under Section 25 (I-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset has drawn my attention to the statement made in paragraph - 3 of the petition to show that petitioner is having clean antecedent. He further submits that petitioner has been made accused on false accusation of recovery of one country made pistol and two live cartridges.

Be that as it may, considering the nature of

No.49846 of 2018(2) dt.20-08-2018 2/2 accusation , period of custody and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner - Aas Nandan Bin be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara / concerned court in connection with Barhara P.S.
