The petitioner by filing this writ petition seeks direction to the respondents-state authorities to ensure that the private respondents shall not interfere into the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the land bearing Khata No.153 Survey No.426 area 3 kathas.

From the facts of the case, it appears that petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.16735 of 2019(2) dt.19-08-2019 2/2 purchased the land in question from Binod Kumar Singh but the respondent Nos.9 to 13 are putting pressure to execute sale deed in their favour.

On the face of it, it appears that the dispute is with regard to the land and the petitioner has appropriate remedy in the Civil Court for restraining the respondents from interfering into the peaceful possession of the petitioner, if he has right and title over the land.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
