Mr. Binay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the present petition has become infructuous inasmuch as elections to the Vidhan Sabha already stand conducted in the month of September, 2020 itself. As such we close the present proceedings reserving liberty to the petitioner to agitate the issue as and when arises. Interlocutory application, if any, shall stand disposed of.
