2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of a proceeding under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the Opposite Party No.3, the Anchal Adhikari, Kudra, District- Kaimur at Bhabua, for deliberate non compliance of order of this Hon'ble Court dated 25.04.2024 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 446 of 2024, whereby and where under the Opposite

Patna High Court MJC No.2447 of 2024(3) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 Party No.3 had been directed to take decision in the matter concerned i. e.

issuance of Rent Receipt, if not taken, within a period of eight weeks from the date the copy is provided to her, but till date no decision has been taken so far by the Opposite Party No.3 though copy of the order had already been provided by the petitioner on 06.05.2024.

3. Prayer for withdrawal of the petition has been made since the order stands complied.
