2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the IPC in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.149 of 2024.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as the informant alleges that petitioner assaulted her son by knife causing injury on upper part of the stomach, on alarm neighbours came, but the accused persons assaulted them and when crowed gathered they fled, but while fleeing petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53980 of 2024(2) dt.29-08-2024 2/2 fell, on account of which he received injury on head.

4. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is rejected.
