JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,325,379,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i) (X) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is no allegation that the occurrence took place in public view. He further submits that this false case has been instituted against the petitioners who belong to the same family

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19427 of 2015 (3) dt.09-07-2015 because of an altercation which had taken place earlier, between the parties.

In view of the submissions as above, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with S.C./ S.
