This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for restoration of Cr. Rev. No. 982 of 2015 which has been dismissed for want of prosecution on 20.07.2016.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that when the case was taken up, he was engaged in another court and, thus, he could not attend the matter. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, let Cr. Rev. No. 982 of 2015 be restored to its original file. The application stands allowed.
