Petitioner is accused in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 89 of 2016 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner along with 11 other miscreants were apprehended by the Police when they were trying to raise illegal boundary wall over the land. At that time, from the possession of the petitioner, one Samsung Mobile set was recovered. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and no fire arm has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 89 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Shail/- U T
