2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 252 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code and later Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.05.2023.

4. Petitioner is one of the criminals who had looted of jewelry worth Rs. 1,50,000/-, Rs. 3,00,000/- Nepalese currency and Rs. 10,000/- cash from the victim.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54499 of 2023(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 on bail after completing six months in judicial custody on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 252 of 2023.

6. Petitioner will also deposit Rs. 1,30,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty Thousand Only) in the Court of learned Magistrate and such amount will be released in favour of the informant. This deposit is without prejudice to the case of the petitioner.

7. The petitioner will visit Raxaul Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
