2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 127(1), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 351(2), 352, 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner and four other F.I.R. named co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted brother of informant with Farsa. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
