JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-05-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 464 of 2014 instituted under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 135/136 of the Electricity Act pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Lakhisarai. Learned counsel for the petitioner draw attention of this court to the fact that the petitioner has previously informed the authority that his billing was not correct. This was wrong before the inspection was done. Learned counsel further draws attention of this court that during the course of inspection neither the seizure list was prepared nor the meter was tested and on the basis of whatever report was prepared without informing the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21500 of 2015 (2) dt.26-05-2015 2/2 petitioner prosecution has been lodged.

Be that as it may, considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial magistrate, Lakhisarai in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 464 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
