The petitioner is accused in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 152 of 2016 registered under Sections 47, 54, 57 and 63 of the Bihar Excise Act. The accusation is of recovery of 13 bottles of foreign liquor, each containing 750 M.L., from the rented room of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case showing false recovery of foreign liquor. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.05.2016.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27555 of 2016 (2) dt.11-07-2016 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Samastipur Town P.S.
