The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No.329 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 332, 333, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioners, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed subject to the condition that petitioners will deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- in the account of the District Legal Aid Committee,

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Madhubani in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No.329 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

However, before accepting bail bonds of the petitioners, the court below will verify the receipt showing deposit of a sum of Rs.20,000/- in the account of the District Legal Aid Committee, Madhubani.
