2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 411 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c)/21(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. 9.16 grams of brown sugar has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 21.05.2024 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge cum

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55897 of 2024(2) dt.14-08-2024 2/2 Special Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif/ concerned court in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 411/2024.

5. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Laheri police station on 1st Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

6. The learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif is directed verify the antecedent of the petitioner. If the petitioner is found to be involved in the similar nature of cases, his bail bonds shall not be accepted. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
